A tip of the hat and happy birthday to the great Dr. Seuss

John Watkins, Stratford’s popular technology director, wears his “Cat in the Hat” as he visits with Pat Herndon’s first-grade class in the library on Thursday. Watkins wore the red-and-white hat in celebration of birthday of Dr. Seuss and “Read Across America Day.”
