Stratford senior Tejas Athni's recent TedTalk will be shown to Upper School students at the Jan. 8 weekly assembly

In October, Stratford senior Tejas Athni was invited to participate in a TEDxPeachtree Talk in Atlanta.
He spoke about his research on the plant, Bacopa Monnieri, and its anti-tumor effects on glioblastoma in front of an audience.

He is very excited to share his experience with his family friends, teachers, and school at the Monday assembly on Jan. 8 in the Henry Tift Fine Arts Auditorium.
He said he is “”thankful for everyone’s constant support, especially those who gave crucial advice and mentorship to get to this point.”
During his Ted Talk, Tejas spoke about his research on brain cancer and and how he plans to utilize it.
“It was incredible being able to meet such cool speakers and hear their stories.” he said.
The senior described the experience as an “eye-opening process.”
He said he is also very grateful to be chosen as a speaker for TedxPeachtree again this year.
