January 25, 2018
Nathan Hunt and Tyler Jordan have worked together on and off the basketball court this season to lead the Eagles.
The Stratford boys are on a 10-game winning streak, with their latest victory coming on Tuesday night against FPD. They hope to continue the streak Friday night at home against the Tattnall Square Trojans.
Their current record is 15-4 and are undefeated in region play, with three region games remaining.
Coach Sean Sweeney had positive comments when asked about these two seniors. He said Nathan has been playing like “a beast” and praised Tyler for his shooting.
Nathan, who transferred to Stratford last year from Covenant Academy, has earned high praise from his coaches and teammates and is now is a role model for many of the younger players. Tyler is another senior the younger players can look to for leadership. He has been on the varsity since his freshman year.
