Large crowd turns out for Eagle Night

A large and spirited crowd of students, parents and teachers turned out for Eagle Night on Monday.

Those in attendance receive “Eagle Night” T-shirts, along with a meal from the Varsity food truck. Hot dogs, hamburgers, French fries and onion rings were among the food choices from the famous Atlanta restaurant.

The school year got off to an enthusiastic start with a pep rally with the cheerleaders and pep band. Athletic director Mark Farriba turned into a cheerleader himself, asking the crowd to pitch in for the capital campaign to raise money to replace the bleachers in the Grady Gym.
