Midterm exams can be a stressful time for all students. Knowing how to efficiently prepare is the key to avoiding stress and performing well.

Mrs. Jacqui Wilson, upper school counselor and psychology teacher, highlighted critical points that will help achieve this:

  1. Make a schedule and keep a slot open for a power nap.
  2. Organize all of your study material into smaller sections.
  3. Go to sleep at either 10 p.m. or 11 p.m. Seven to Nine Hours of sleep is critical as your brain sorts out information while sleeping.
  4. Rearrange the days of your exams if necessary.
