Duncan Walker, the late John Paul Gaddy, and the 1996 Girls’ soccer team were inducted into the Stratford Athletic Hall of Fame at an hour-long assembly in The Grady gym on Friday morning. Students in grades 3-12 attended the ceremony. Walker is a former Stratford golfer. Gaddy, who was represented by friends and family, was a basketball player and coach, and served as the school’s director of admissions. “He was born to coach,” said his brother, James. The 1996 soccer team went 15-0, won the GISA state championship and only allowed one goal the entire season.
