Stratford Gazebo

Caris Weinberg
Caris Weinberg, not commonly known as Carebear, has been at Stratford for eleven years and on the Gazebo staff for three. This year Caris is a presentation editor. Her sister, Carlin Weinberg, graduated in the class of 2018.

She is involved in  Key Club, Pep Club, French Club, Latin Club, and she is an intern for the Olson Library. Being productive, always learning something new, and seeing her friends every day is what she enjoys the most about school. Caris does not enjoy the stressful parts of the school.

At school, Caris is too impatient to wait in the hot food line, so her typical Flik lunch is located in the salad bar. When Caris decides to be patient, she enjoys their lasagna.

In Caris’s spare time and on weekends, she usually enjoys going to the gym, shopping, and spending time with her sister and friends. She also likes to watch youtube and Netflix. Her favorite show is “Schitt's Creek” and her all-time favorite film is “Rocketman”, which stars her celebrity crush, Taron Egerton.

If Caris could give advice to a younger student, she would tell them to not be afraid to get help from teachers or classmates if they are ever feeling stressed or confused.

Ever since she was little, Caris has dreamt of flying as a superpower, even though she doesn’t know the reason why.

It shocks most people that Caris’s first name is not Caris and that she cannot stand chocolate.
