Young Life gives students opportunity for spiritual growth
Many people are probably doing homework on Monday nights, or maybe even be getting ready for bed.
But for many high school students of Macon, they are in Central City Church on Foster Road.
This is where Young Life is held every Monday at 7:57 pm.
Young Life is an organization open for all high school students. Stratford meets with FPD students. Mount de Sales and Tattnall Square Academy also meet on Monday nights.
“Young Life is an amazing club. I love the atmosphere and seeing everyone,’’ Stratford sophomore Madelyn Poss said.
Young Life consists of games, singing, and a period of bible study.
The leaders are usually college students and young adults, which makes students feel like they can relate to them more.
“I love Young Life because it brings kids together,” Young Life leader Melody Hancock said.
