Stratford boys roll over rival FPD, Eaglettes upended

O’Showen Williams led Stratford with 24 points, including four 3-pointers, and fellow senior Quintez Cephus added 16 points to lead the Eagles to a 58-31 victory over FPD Tuesday night at The Grady. The boys are now 9-3, and 1-1 in Region 7A-A.

In the girls game, senior Ashlee Francis was the top scorer with 11 points, but it wasn’t enough. The Eaglettes were upset 38-32 by the Lady Vikings. It was only the girls’ second loss, making their overall record 12-2 and their region record 1-1.
