After a dramatic win against FPD in the region championship game, the girls varsity basketball team will be moving on to face Aquinas in the second round of the state playoffs.

Coach Ed Smith’s Eaglettes are 19-5, despite having only one senior, and have hopes for a long playoff run.

Tipoff will be at 6 p.m. tonight in The Grady, and tickets will be $7 for students and $10 for adults.
