Eaglettes sweep Hebron, advance in state
The Stratford girls softball team advanced in the first round of the Class A State playoffs on Friday with a home sweep of Hebron Christian Academy.
The ninth-seended Eaglettes won the first game 8-3, then rolled in the second came, 17-0. Hebron, which was seeded No. 24, was short-handed, with only nine players making the trip.
Stratford will travel to Brookstone in Columbus on Wednesday
