Emily Hutchinson is a ninth-grader at Stratford Academy. This is her 10th year here. Her siblings, sophomore Anna Caroline Hutchinson, and Forest Hutchinson fifth grader also attend Stratford. She has two dogs named Maegas and Jessie. This is Emily’s first year on the Gazebo, and she is a staff writer. Outside of school, Emily loves to hang out with her friends, attend her youth group at Vineville Methodist on Sunday nights, and watch Netflix. Her favorite shows are, “Grey’s Anatomy” and “The Vampire Diaries”. Emily’s celebrity crush, Ian Somerhalder, is one of the main characters in “The Vampire Diaries”. Her favorite time of the school day is lunch. Tater tots are her favorite FLIK food. She also loves crunch bars, she often purchases those from the Eagle’s Nest. You also can find Emily at Chick-fil-A eating her other favorite food chicken nuggets. Something that might surprise people about Emily is that her sister hit her eye with a shovel while trying to hit a bee and almost made Emily blind.
