It was “Stratford Night” at the Macon Touchdown Club on Monday at the Methodist Childrens Home.Gazebo sports writers Nick Dorogy, Wade Snow, Lizzi Clayton and David Matlock were recognized by Coach Mark Farriba, along with senior football players Jacob Burke and Justin Griffin. About 250 Macon TD club members were in attendance. Below, Jacob Burke shakes hands with guest speaker, former Virginia Tech head coach Frank Beamer. Beamer congratulated Matlock, Burke and Griffin for both making the playoffs and  their academic work in the classroom.
