The Gazebo staff asked members of the Stratford faculty to recall where they were, what they were doing and who they were with on Sept. 11, 2001, when terrorists attacked the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.

The students interviewed Lower School Principal Mrs. Redonda Mann, Music teacher Mr. Jerry Elder, Upper School English teacher Dr. Ann Dromsky, Middle School history teacher Mr. Tommy Fletcher, Upper School history teacher Dr. Nicholas Ercole, Upper School Spanish teacher Mr. Ben McLain, Upper School history teacher Mr. Stephen O’Hara and Morley Conn in the Learning Support Center.

Members of the ninth-grade Introduction to Journalism class who covered the assignment were EmmaJane Canady, Caris Weinberg, Lolly McMahon, Madeline Davis, Annika Brooks, Jansyn Stephens, Claudia Pope, Taylor Justice, Sabina Ajjan and Miller Cranford.
